Refund and Returns Policy

At The Handy Bags, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds or returns.

“Please note: Products purchased during sale, promotional offers, or discounted campaigns are non-returnable and non-refundable.”

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a bag that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
Here’s how it works:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Send clear pictures and a description of the issue to  handy@safeflex.org or WhatsApp us at +91 7470912123.

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged item.

A replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Important Notes:

This policy applies to domestic (India) orders only.

No refunds or returns are allowed for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or dislike of color/design once the order is delivered.

For International Orders:

We are currently working on offering return and replacement support for overseas orders. Until then, international sales are considered final and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless stated otherwise.
