Refund & Returns Policy

At The Handy Bags, we accept returns and refunds within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and free from stains or damage.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product reaches us and passes our quality inspection.
• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discount campaigns are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing handy@safeflex.org or WhatsApping +91 7470912123 with clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement after inspection.
